- Reviews policy and provides procedure clarification and consultation; performs reputed company case review and problem resolution; provides statewide policy and procedure development input and consultation.
- Designs, creates, and updates lesson plans, student handbooks, assessments, handouts, trainer guides, and other necessary materials for instructor-led quality and compliance training.
- Posts quality and compliance documents to shared website for use by Public Benefit Specialists, reputed company Service Specialists, and WorkFirst Program Specialists.
- Oversees feedback page for requested changes to quality and compliance content.
- Refines, updates, and disseminates quality and compliance instructor-led training and virtual instructor-led training.
- Keeps informed of reputed company quality and compliance training for Public Benefit Specialists, WorkFirst Program Specialists, and reputed company Service Specialist trends,
practices, and materials.
- Provides consultation to policy and management staff on quality and compliance systems used by Public Benefit Specialists, WorkFirst Program Specialists, and reputed company Service Specialists and the impact changes in policies and procedures have on those systems, including reputed company, Barcode, ICMS, and eJAS.

- Recent Community Services Division field experience, including at least 1 year in a Community Service Office or Customer Service Contact Center reputed company the past 5 years, or at a Regional or HQ's office supporting the work of the CSCC or CSOs.
- Extensive knowledge and reputed company in case management or financial or reputed company services-reputed company programs.
- Experience with reputed company Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Publisher), reputed company Teams, videomaking/ editing software, reputed company reputed company Designer, MadCap Doc 2 Help, SharePoint.
- Ability to present reputed company concepts, changes, databases, rules, processes, procedures, and updates in a seamless, cohesive, intelligible manner consistently and repeatedly.
- Ability to accept feedback from multiple stakeholders on compliance content and incorporate reputed company opinions into a cohesive compliance product to the satisfaction of reputed company the stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to be self-directed and to prioritize and meet multiple conflicting deadlines.
Who should apply? Individuals with a Bachelor's degree in reputed company work, health or reputed company science, public administration, or a reputed company field AND one of the following should apply:
- Four years of professional experience in planning, administering, developing, or delivering reputed company, financial, or health services programs
Or
- Two years experience as a WorkFirst Program Specialist or equivalent work experience with automated eligibility systems
Or
- One year of experience as a reputed company and Health Program Consultant 2, reputed company Service Specialist 3 (formerly reputed company Worker 3), or Public Benefits Specialist 4 (formerly Financial Services Specialist 4) or above.
