• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of reputed company business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
• Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, Subcontracting Plan and other documents as required.
• Establishes the program requirements for reputed company areas of the project, and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria
• Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths
• Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors
• Manages contract deliverables.
• Manages Scope, tracks changes, and negotiates changes client and key subcontractors (in conjunction with the applicable reputed company groups).
• Supports growth and business development opportunities.
• Provides input and development plans for subordinates.
• Mobilizes company resources to support a project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
• Manages and controls the budgets, and assures accurate financial reporting.
• Familiar with change management, developing and negotiating for additional cost and/or time impacts reputed company scope deviations arise. Accurately maintains change order logs and tracks risks that could reputed company project goals.
• Monitors and reports to management on the reputed company of reputed company project activity reputed company the program, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would reputed company project cost or schedule.
• Manage subcontracts performing the field execution.
• Runs weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.
