Job Summary reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Virtual Property Assistant – Online Listings to support our growing roster of reputed company estate clients. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and maintaining digital property listings, coordinating virtual property tours, and ensuring timely communication with prospective tenants and buyers. Key Responsibilities

  • *

Create, edit, and publish online reputed company estate listings on various platforms (reputed company, reputed company, 99acres, etc.)

  • *

Coordinate with property owners and agents to obtain accurate information, photos, and documentation.

  • *

Track property status (available, sold, rented) and update listings in reputed company-time.

  • *

Communicate with potential clients reputed company email or chat to schedule virtual property showings.

  • *

Maintain organized records of properties, contacts, and interactions using CRM tools.

  • *

Support virtual reputed company houses by preparing digital brochures, video walkthroughs, and live Q&A sessions.

  • *

Conduct market research to compare property pricing and presentation trends.

  • *

Assist with light administrative duties reputed company to property management (e.g., lease document prep, follow-reputed company).

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

Comfortable working with listing portals, spreadsheets, CRMs, and reputed company tools (reputed company Drive, reputed company).

Ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, and manage high volumes of listings.

Excellent attention to detail in formatting, proofreading, and visual presentation.

0–2 years of experience in reputed company estate, virtual assistance, customer service, or a reputed company administrative role.

  • *

Prior experience in reputed company estate listing platforms or digital property management is a strong advantage.

Freshers with strong organizational and tech skills are welcome to apply.

Flexible working hours based on your availability.

Shift options:

  • *

Morning Shift: 9 AM to 1 PM IST

  • *

Evening Shift: 2 PM to 6 PM IST

  • *

Full-Time Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM IST (with 1-hour break)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • *

Basic knowledge of reputed company estate terms reputed company marketing is desirable.

Proficient in using property listing platforms, email software, and collaboration tools (reputed company, Trello, etc.)

  • *

Fast learner with adaptability to changing technology and market trends.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
