• Estimated Salary: $97,000 - $160,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage and mentor a high-performing creative team—providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities while overseeing hiring, performance, and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape marketing strategies and ensure the creative team is set up for reputed company—clarifying audience needs, business goals, messaging, and channels.
• Partner across functions—including brand, communications, operations, analytics, and technology—to align plans, reputed company insights, and maximize capabilities.
• Drive reputed company improvement by developing a roadmap for creative and omnichannel services, leading initiatives in process, training, technology, and AI integration.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring resources are optimized and external partners are reputed company with creative goals.

• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build trust, and navigate conflict constructively.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., reputed company Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., reputed company Marketing reputed company). Comfortable working across creative and technical disciplines, including the integration of technology, data, analytics, and AI.
