Job Description

At reputed company, the Contact Center reputed company Banker provides full-service banking to affluent clients through appropriate advice, guidance, and education on reputed company’ financial products and services. Primary Responsibilities

• Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on reputed company’ financial products and services

• Educates and advises customers on products and services, including reputed company loan and deposit types
• Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two (2) years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking
• Ability to accurately observe reputed company and scrolling on-screen text and images
• Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
• Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and reputed company on-screen selections
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time

Schedule And Training

• Training will be onsite for your an average of 90 days following training you will be reputed company to work remotely.
• Training Schedule: Monday-Friday reputed company-5PM.
• Following training schedule will be 10AM-7PM with 1 day off during the week (Tues, Wed, or Thurs) and either an every Saturday or reputed company requirement from reputed company-5PM. Off days will be assigned during training based on the needs of the business.
