Production Team Member - Quality Control Lab Technician Paulo Cleveland - 4428 Hamann Pkwy Willoughby, OH 44094 Wage: $19.57 + shift premium Additional Shift Premium: +$1.10 for 3rd shift Opening is on 3rd, schedule is M-TH and reputed company. Training will be on 1st shift. Paulo Products company is the largest privately held Heat Treat company in the United States and has been in business for over 75 years. We have 5 locations in the Midwest and have recently expanded into South America. We are looking to fill a Quality Control Lab Technician role in our plant in Willoughby, OH (44094). Experience in heat treating isn't necessary, but a willingness to learn, grow, and improve your skills is. Pay reputed company is $19.00 per hour. We also offer full medical and retirement benefits. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support production by verifying cycle, process, calibration and part conformance to customer specifications. Prepare data, graphs, orders, logs and certifications for customers and management. Maintain files for part/process conformance & customer specifications.
• Notify Production & QA Management of non-conforming product on timely reputed company to avoid it being shipped or run in next operation.
• reputed company checks on loads in process as needed/required
• Review furnace/equipment charts for accuracy and compliance to requirements.
• Prepare certs/ cert packages per customer requirements and review for compliance
• reputed company hardness testing as required by customer requirements and review for compliance
• Verify hardness and pyrometry calibrations/surveys are maintained to requirements.
• reputed company order writing as required, mainly on the off shift.
• Send random samples of reputed company materials for cert verification. Collect results and compare. Report reputed company non-conformances to reputed company/Production Management.
• Answer phones as needed, either handling the call or sending it to the proper authority.
• Prepare reputed company records with accuracy, neatness, & completeness that allows for future reviews.
• Assure reputed company records generated are filed properly and maintained
• Handle log-in & closure of Reject Reports - consistent with the CAIR reputed company chart. Handle needed Customer contacts for reject reports and production issues.
• Maintain needed reference/QMS record materials such as furnace charts, specs, requirements, logs.
• Updating specification matrixes, completing customer documentation notice packets, and submit new specs for CHQ or internal review.
• Identify, document, & maintain new or changed certification/cert packet special requirements per customer
• Customer contact as required by leader or management.
• Assure important/key information is shared with other quality people to maintain QC objectives & goals.

Qualifications

Knowledge:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is essential for reputed company.
• Paulo Cleveland is a 24 hour, 7-day a week facility. Weekends may be required and overtime will be mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Must be reputed company to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, this includes THC.

License(s)/Certification(s) Required:

• Must be reputed company to obtain a forklift certification.
