In collaboration with above property leadership, the Task Force General Manager is responsible for always ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel, execution of the preventative maintenance process, meeting or exceeding planned objectives for maximizing profitability and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • This role is for the true road warrior as travel will be 100%.
  • The Task Force General Manager will reputed company leadership and management for reputed company hotel personnel and accepts responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of the hotel guests and employees.
  • Expected to collaborate with corporate support teams (Execution, reputed company, Sales, and Pricing) to reputed company and deliver the execution plan for the property.
  • Will escalate any challenges preventing entire hotel team from executing on reputed company processes and procedures expected on a daily reputed company.
  • Ensure financial performance is optimized by utilizing the tools, systems and guidelines provided.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
