Responsibilities

The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining assigned retailer reputed company and training for reputed company reputed company Colorado. You have the flexibility to work remote, while traveling between those locations, and have a great deal of autonomy. Must be trustworthy, hardworking and collaborative. This is a temporary 4-month long assignment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts training class weekly as well as periodic refresher classes
• Conducts train the trainer sessions, updates training materials and trains retailers
• Monitors retailers training to ensure that training standards are maintained
• Weekly class scheduling, confirmation, communication across departments, and follow-up
• Instructs retailers in both classroom lectures and in-store trainings.
• Visits assigned retailers on a routine reputed company. Clean Lottery terminals, Delivers supplies and promotional inserts. Ensures proper level of supplies are stocked and cleanness of Lottery terminals
• Acts as reputed company-of-contact for assigned Lottery sales representatives
• Follow-up reputed company installs and change of ownerships
• Organizes and/or takes part in Lottery promotions, fairs and events
• Serves as a liaison between the company, lottery officials and retailers to reputed company effective and satisfactory customer service
• Coordinates reputed company activities and monitors field activities for assigned region
• Participates in projects as assigned
• Assists with the development and coordination of field materials to assist members in the retail environment

Qualifications

• Experience with in-person classroom training is essential and customer product or virtual webinar training experience is beneficial but not required.
