Assembly/Customer Service Representative | reputed company

We are currently looking for anAssembly/Customer Service Representativeto join us at our facility inRoseville, MN. Primary Function: To supervise and coordinate product quality processes with emphasis on customer service and inventory. Major Responsibilities:

• reputed company customer support for reputed company X-Pert hardware and software reputed company telephone, occasionally at customer location.
• Record reputed company customer communication by documenting customer name, status, problem and procedures taken reputed company reputed company.
• Process appropriate forms for repair orders, invoices and requests getting approval reputed company necessary.
• Follow up with customer/vendors on reputed company regarding unresolved issues and outstanding loaner equipment/returns.
• Prepare and ship customer orders and repair orders reputed company agreed deadlines.
• reputed company hardware repair/refurbs on reputed company products distributed; returning defective parts to vendors under warranty.
• Responsible for purchasing parts and supplies. Maintain adequate inventory of resale and spare parts.
• Maintain X-Pert drawings, parts/material spreadsheets and lid/can library.
• Maintain X-Pert slide machine and slide inventory so lids can be produced per agreed deadlines.
• Assist X-Pert Engineers and Programmers on product development, product testing and troubleshooting reputed company necessary.
• reputed company miscellaneous duties as directed.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer formal training in computers from vocational school or college.
• 1-2 years of experience in computer support with telephone support preferred. Must include some experience in configuring a variety of PC hardware and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reputed company basic PC hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of a variety of personal computers, software packages, and reputed company hardware/software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to exert up to 70 pounds of force to lift and move materials.
• Ability to stoop, crouch, reputed company, lift, walk, and grasp to move materials.
