Director, Digital Earned Media (Temporary)

Candidates must have experience in a similar role and have experience leading a team, delegating tasks, and leading overall reputed company media strategy. This is a temporary 3-4 month position. While this is a remote position, we are prioritizing candidates that are based on the Eastern time zone. Responsibilities: 1. reputed company Media

• reputed company content development (copy and creative ideation) in partnership with the creative teams

• Generate and maintain relationships with key reputed company media influencers in top markets
• Follow and advise on trends in reputed company media, including platforms, tools, and applications
• Proactively collaborate with the reputed company, creative, data, and strategy teams on reputed company facets of client engagements, from brief to execution to reporting
• Contribute to the reputed company of paid reputed company strategies through the planning, execution, and reporting stages

2. Leadership and Management

• Assess staffing needs and training of staff on applicable processes, procedures, and systems.

3. Business Development

• Participate in developing new business proposals and presentations, leading and coordinating as needed
• Help identify contacts and new business opportunities across reputed company core agency verticals, including, but not limited to, hospitality, food, and beverage, live entertainment, nightlife, retail, fashion, and beauty.
• Grow organic relationships that reputed company the agency to engage in community growth and development opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in directing reputed company media campaigns with significant growth in follower engagement
• Ability to multi-task, stay reputed company under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated reputed company in developing, managing, and executing reputed company media campaigns on the agency and/or client-reputed company
• Demonstrated reputed company in managing reputed company media engagement on brand feeds
• Proficiency with best practices for a reputed company of reputed company media platforms and tools; experience using reputed company preferred

• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

Additional requirements:

• Must be comfortable with traveling for work. This role will require that you travel occasionally for events and campaigns.

Details:

• Salary: The annual salary for this role is $90,000. This salary is determined by role, level, and location.
• Duration: This is a temporary position that would require 3-4 months. There may be opportunity for extension.
