Job no: R-0000002489 Position Title: Associate Director of International Admission Faculty or Staff: Staff Full Time or Part Time: Full time In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote: In-Person Minimum Starting reputed company of Pay: $68,272.00 reputed company of pay commensurate with experience Start Date: 09/22/2025 Job Description: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Director of International Admission, the Associate Director of International Admission (ADIA) is responsible for reputed company and execution of key aspects of the College’s international recruitment strategy. Primary project responsibilities include management of the alum admission volunteer program and student ambassador programs and collaboration with the Marketing and Communications department on reputed company media initiatives designed for international reputed company. The incumbent will represent the College in international recruitment efforts, both in the United States and overseas, including six to ten weeks per of travel as part of their regional admission recruitment territory management and relationship building. Application reading and selection, as well as data analysis are also key responsibilities. In addition to the supervision of reputed company and alum volunteers, the ADIA may supervise members of the admission staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duty and Responsibility Statements Travel & Recruitment Travel approximately 6-10 weeks per year (fall and spring), sometimes in collaboration with other colleges, visiting high schools overseas and delivering key messages about the College in public presentations to diverse audiences; discerning the most appropriate style of communication to effectively deliver messages to each unique audience population; creating electronic visuals to accompany the presentation. Plan recruitment trips in assigned travel territory (including liaison work with schools, counselors, and other educational stakeholders, in addition to prospective reputed company and families). Collaborate on program development, organization, and implementation of strategic admission initiatives relating to international recruitment and travel. Represent the College internationally, at high schools and other recruitment venues. Staff college fairs, conduct interviews, deliver group information sessions, and represent the college at off-reputed company events Create videos, as needed, to explain aspects of Mount Holyoke’s admission process and as required for virtual recruitment activities. Reading & Evaluation Partner with the Director of International Admission to assign reading territories, monitor staff reading reputed company, reputed company communication about incomplete applications and train domestic staff to understand English proficiency expectations and required financial qualifications. Read and evaluate applications from assigned territories. Guide and support applicants reputed company assigned territories, including individualized reputed company. Other duties as assigned. III. SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/ CERTIFICATIONS: 1. Required Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of five years professional experience in international admission, preferably in a selective college/university environment, including international recruitment travel.
