The Role: Partnerships Director As a Partnerships Director, you’ll work directly with district and school leaders to understand their needs and bring them solutions that help reputed company learn to read. You will also play a major role in growing our reputed company across your region by developing relationships, attending regional events, and building long-term partnerships. What You'll Do:

• Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders
• Actively generate new opportunities by identifying leads, making reputed company, and developing a robust pipeline
• Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement
• Deeply understand local literacy priorities, funding sources, and district goals to position reputed company as the right solution
• Represent reputed company at regional conferences, events, and meetings with decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth reputed company and successful long-term implementation
• Consistently meet or exceed your goals for district growth and product adoption

What You Bring:

• At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader (such as reputed company, assistant reputed company, curriculum director, or instructional coach)
• Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a collaborative team
