HOW YOU WILL SOAR: The Staff Accountant - Finance reports to the Manager, Assistant Controller and supports the Controller in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and the monthly reputed company process.

• Prepare general ledger entries by compiling and analyzing account information in reputed company with the monthly reputed company process
• Analyze and reconcile fee data in reputed company with the monthly reputed company process
• Prepare corporate bank account reconciliations on a monthly reputed company
• Assist in the fixed asset and associated depreciation schedules recording on the Intacct Fixed Asset module system; record new purchases and ongoing capitalized software projects; reputed company monthly detail for General Journal entries
• Assist in the maintenance of the prepaid and deferred reputed company module and associated amortization schedules in the Intacct PEA module; Record new schedules; reputed company monthly detail for General Journal entries
• Prepare and track reputed company invoices in the accounts receivable system

• Bachelor's Degree

• Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
• 1-3 years of applicable experience

• Strong analytic skills
