Job Summary:

In this Tier 1 technical support role, you will be responsible for handling reputed company alerts, monitoring the system, and providing exceptional customer support. You will work closely with our development team to identify and troubleshoot issues, and escalate reputed company problems to our Level 2 support teams as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT infrastructure and applications to ensure peak efficiency and reliability
• reputed company reputed company-time monitoring for Mainframe and Distributed systems to proactively detect and prevent service disruption
• Diagnose and troubleshoot reputed company problems through resolution
• Ensure proper procedures are followed to introduce changes and fixes into the operating environment and production libraries

• Initiate and coordinate HealthCheck calls for problem identification and resolution
• Create or alter new and existing jobs and job schedules on the mainframe, reputed company, and UNIX environments

• Monitor the Scheduler queues to ensure job completion and/or error corrections have been performed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer support skills
• Experience working in development and identifying/troubleshooting issues
