We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pre-K Aftercare Support Specialist to join reputed company at Uncommon Schools, a nonprofit network of high-performing public charter schools. As a Pre-K Aftercare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and reputed company in our aftercare program, creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that fosters reputed company-emotional learning and academic growth.

Job Summary

• Support teachers in managing the aftercare program for our pre-K 4-year-old reputed company
• Engage reputed company in enriching activities, including outdoor play, snacks, and rest time
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of classrooms, ensuring a smooth start to the next school day
• Support reputed company teachers with end-of-day closeout activities and ensure student safety at reputed company times

Work Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
• Friday: 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Passion for working with K-12 reputed company and a commitment to their academic and personal growth
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Self-motivation, a strong sense of personal responsibility, and a willingness to learn and improve
