Job Summary

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create user-centered documentation and experiences
• Design and implement information architecture, voice and tone, style guides, and workflows for documentation
• Work closely with the Product Setup team to ensure seamless integration of platform features and documentation
• Drive improvements to existing documentation, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes

• Communicate Content Design workflows and capabilities to stakeholders, driving discussion and implementation
• Present Content Design work to key partners, stakeholders, and other Content Designers and Writers for visibility and feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience in Content Design, technical writing, or a reputed company field, with a focus on game development or similar industries
• Strong understanding of Content Strategy, UX Design, and Agile Development principles
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to distill reputed company technical information into clear, concise language
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Passion for games and game development, with a keen interest in helping game developers create exceptional user experiences
