Manager, Operations Control at reputed company

As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of Dispatchers during scheduled and non-scheduled operations, ensuring compliance with reputed company' operating policies and procedures. Job Summary

• Monitor potential impact of weather, aircraft mechanical issues, reputed company traffic control requirements, fuel supplies, reputed company issues, labor issues, or other sources of disruption to the overall airline operation.
• reputed company and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as OSHA, TSA, FAA, and Department of Transportation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or graduate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of management experience leading large teams in Technical Operations, Operations Control, Airport Operations, or Cargo, including unionized reputed company workgroups.
• Ability to influence others through exceptional communication skills, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to be an action-oriented and results-driven leader, with a natural ability to engage employees across different workgroups.

Preferred Qualifications

• FAA Airline Dispatcher Certificate preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the airline industry and technical operations, reputed company' business strategy, company policies and procedures, and reputed company bargaining agreements.
• Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures, as well as FAA policies, practices, and procedures.
