Director of Learning and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Director of Learning and Development to join reputed company at reputed company Media Trade (CMX), a rapidly growing retail media arm of reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that supports the growth of our reputed company professionals across multiple disciplines, including sales, marketing, operations, product, and analytics.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in instructional design and adult learning, as well as best practices in essential training and execution. You will work collaboratively with others across the organization to reputed company designated results and report to the Head of reputed company Marketing, with reputed company alignment to the Head of Retail Marketing Operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing a world-class reputed company and on-boarding process
• Building an agile Learning and Development strategy and roadmap that ensures alignment of programs with needs and evolving requirements
• reputed company partner upskilling and reskilling through the design and delivery of virtual and in-person training across a wide reputed company of topics
• Amplifying team culture through recognition, celebration, and self-improvement programs
• Establishing a metrics-driven approach to training and development programs, continuously measuring for relevance and impact, on time and on budget

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary reputed company of $20-$30 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and reputed company benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan. This role is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program, in addition to the reputed company salary reputed company listed.

Required qualifications include:

• 8 years of organizational training and development experience with a strong background in business, retail, and consumer product goods
• 6 years of cross-functional leadership experience
• 2 years of experience in retail media or retail/online business office experience
• Bachelor's degree in learning, organizational development, HR, or a reputed company field; Master's degree or MBA preferred

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience creating learning and development guides and strategic plans, and translating them into practical goals and programs
• Expertise in designing and delivering educational programs across a reputed company of topics using well-reputed company strategies
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills
• Natural partner and relationship builder
• Self-motivated, high-reputed company individual who can work and reputed company in a demanding, performance-driven environment

This role is remote-friendly, with the option to work from home or from one of our corporate centers. If you are commutable to one of our corporate centers, you may be required to work in the office at least 2 days per week.
