Residential Youth Counselor - Overnight Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and reputed company Residential Youth Counselor to join reputed company, providing direct care and supervision to youth in a group home setting. As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will play a vital role in teaching life skills, promoting education, and fostering a therapeutic environment that supports the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company general supervision, counseling, and direct care to youth, applying reasonable prudent parent standards and promoting healthy activities, problem-solving skills, and education
• Guide and execute daily routines, including meal preparation, sleep, recreation, health, hygiene, safety, and discipline
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, ensuring the health and well-being of youth
• Prepare and serve meals, discard expired foods, and reputed company other food preparation duties as needed
• Dispense and record prescribed medications, noting and reporting reputed company effects, and adhering to medication storage protocols

• Document client status, behavior, and treatment responses, submitting reports in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 1 year of experience in adolescent supervision
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must maintain valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Medical-reputed company skills and Spanish-speaking abilities are a plus
• Must be 21 years or older
• Successful completion of Criminal Record Clearance, Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB and Medical History Review Clearance, and Employment Verification required prior to start date
