Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing exceptional support and guidance.
• Deliver comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing assistance to ensure seamless adoption of our platform.
• Coordinate implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
• Proactively monitor project reputed company, address client concerns, and resolve roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Gather valuable feedback and insights from customers, relaying them to internal teams to drive reputed company improvement and refinement of our reputed company approach.

Work Details & Compensation:
