Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Technician - Dallas, TX Residents

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Technician to join reputed company. As a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, fully remote position with an initial 2-3 weeks of in-person training in our Dallas, TX office.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Texas Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required at hire
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment or customer service center preferred
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
