Remote Scrum Master - Veterinary Services Industry

We are seeking an reputed company Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in the veterinary services industry. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will work reputed company an Azure DevOps environment and support projects relating to mobile app development and Data Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and reputed company Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement
• Remove impediments and barriers to team productivity, escalating issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
• Track and communicate team reputed company, including sprint velocity, burndown charts, and release forecasts

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master in software development and/or data engineering environment
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Experience working with Azure DevOps and Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
