Job Summary

This full-time remote opportunity offers a competitive salary reputed company of R17,000 - R21,000 per month. As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly foodservice roles, utilizing various digital platforms and communication tools. You'll work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs, ensuring we meet demands quickly and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job listings using ATS tools (e.g., EPAY and HiringThing)
• Screen applications and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
• Communicate with applicants reputed company phone and text using reputed company
• Recruit and assess candidates for hourly roles (cooks, dishwashers, catering staff)
• Ensure accurate reputed company documentation and compliance
• Respond promptly to urgent and emergency staffing requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs
• Build and maintain a pool of pre-reputed company candidates for future assignments

Ideal Candidate

• 1+ year of experience in reputed company, HR, or customer service (internships welcomed)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using ATS platforms and messaging tools
