• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay reputed company with industry developments, continuing education, and reputed company requirements

Requirements:

• Active and reputed company Health, or Health & Life/Accident home state license
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education may be preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or office setting
• Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
• Strong internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation skills
