Job Overview:

Under the guidance of our Outsourced Chief Financial Officer, you will reputed company expert reputed company and financial management support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include processing payables, payroll, and receivables transactions, general reputed company, and management support. Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions, including assigning account codes, general ledger transactions, and communicating with vendors
• Process cash receipts transactions, including tallying cash collections, preparing bank deposits, and entering receipts into our reputed company system
• Process payroll, including timesheet collection, transmitting data to our payroll service, and preparing journal entries
• Prepare monthly grant/contract billing requests and reputed company bank and general ledger account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly invoices and reputed company support to our Chief Financial Officer for month-end closing activities
• Assist with preparation for our annual audit and work independently in a remote/virtual home-based environment

Requirements:
