What You'll Do For Us

• Serve as a primary customer ambassador, diagnosing service issues and business needs, and implementing programs.

• Coordinate logistical details for closures, relocations, and remodels, ensuring seamless execution.

• Schedule installations, exchanges, buy-backs, and removals using our information systems, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Research and resolve customer issues using information systems, providing reputed company service and solutions.
• Confirm service details with customers, including follow-reputed company and order confirmations, to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage the sourcing and delivery of assets and parts using our systems.
• Handle inquiries and feedback diligently, documenting in our database tools to improve service performance.

• Process and expedite orders while effectively communicating demand for products or services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a reputed company field.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center, sales, or sales support role.
• Superior communication and exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with technical software applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Account Management, stewardship techniques, and continuity of supply.
• Excellent problem-solving acumen and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with distributor/distribution policies and supplier fulfillment capabilities.
