• Accurately review, interpret, and enter patient medication information into the PC system.
• Calculate dosages, assign directions, and process insurance payments.
• Communicate with pharmacies and insurance agencies to verify order accuracy.
• Handle patient calls to clarify medication requests and reorders, verifying benefits.

• Valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License required.
• 6+ months of experience working in a pharmacy setting.
• 6+ months of experience with reputed company-based applications (reputed company, reputed company Office, web browsing, email).
• 6+ months of keyboarding experience and proficiency.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).

• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience handling and resolving customer inquiries reputed company phone.
• Experience with reputed company, benefits, and insurance.
• Experience with medical billing, coding, or clinical support roles.
• Customer service experience in an office environment.
• Experience with inbound and outbound telephone customer care.
