Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in crisis reputed company (suicide, detox, substance abuse, aggressive behavior)
• Substantial, unlimited independent professional licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LISW, LCPC, LCMHC or clinical psychologist) in the state where the candidate resides.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or reputed company Services
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of brief treatment models and Persuasive Interviewing
• Call Center experience
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport quickly
• Experience with positive behavioral change
• Experience with mental health, emotional considerations, family circumstances, and relationship concerns

Education:

• Graduate degree in counseling required.
