Overview
The L2 associate acts as the primary reputed company between reputed company and seller POCs. L2 Associates are expected to reputed company the requests from vendors to inbound the inventory, shipment concerns, work on saving freight and address appointment reputed company queries and reputed company process improvement suggestions. Ø Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in language. Ø Ability to communicate correctly and reputed company with reputed company customers Ø Good comprehension skills – ability to reputed company understand and state the issues customers present Ø Ability to concentrate – follow customers issues without distraction to resolution Ø Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently Ø Familiarity with reputed company XP, reputed company Outlook, reputed company Word and Internet Explorer Ø Excellent typing skills Ø Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites Ø Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
