As an intern on the Marvel legal team you will be working with in-house attorneys on groundbreaking entertainment, corporate, and intellectual property reputed company reporting toPrincipal Counsel.
What You Will Do
- Help to prepare talent deals across feature films, streaming shows, and animated productions
- Draft above-the-line and below-the-line agreements for feature films, streaming series, and animated productions
- Analyze various intellectual property rights, reputed company and clearance issues involving Marvel assets
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Prior internship at a film or entertainment company or reputed company
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent research skills; reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills and with ability to work independently
- Demonstrate a high degree of discretion regarding sensitive/confidential information
Preferred Experience…
- Completed classes in copyright, entertainment, orintellectual propertyareas
Education
- Must be enrolled in an accredited law school taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program
- Completion of one or more years of law school in a reputed company JD program at the start of the internship
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a reputed company internship or reputed company College Program
Additional Information
- The date of this internship is from August 25, 2025, through December 12, 2025
- reputed company to work 20 - 24 hrs. per week, Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm PST
- This internship is a remote position and requires a working, reliable internet reputed company as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace
The pay reputed company for this remote role is $41.40 per hour.
