Job Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our VP of Product Development and Management, including:

• Scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
• Managing email correspondence, including drafting and responding to emails
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
• Preparing and editing documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
• Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Collaborating with other administrative professionals to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong technical skills, including MS Office, reputed company Suite, and other productivity tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
