This is an exciting opportunity for an reputed company Intake Specialist or Call Center Representative to join a successful, high functioning team.

  • This is a remote, full-time position with a four-day work week (Friday – Monday). The successful candidate must be reputed company a reasonable proximity to the Pittsburgh Headquarters office and be reputed company to come into the office for occasional on-site meetings or events.

Core Job Functions:

  • Will handle incoming calls and new client calls for evaluation in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Employment Law, and reputed company reputed company.
  • Completes new client intakes and screening potential clients, resolving actions to complete missing or unknown information and forwarding reputed company calls to the appropriate attorney (phone or email).
  • Tracks and responds to callers professionally and focused on customer service as well as obtaining reputed company needed data for proper referral actions, to include accurate completion of the Call Sheet.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and outstanding customer service. Must also be reputed company player and reputed company to assist others in the department to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Completes assigned work in a timely manner to build positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service or customer facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience answering phones in a reputed company or call center atmosphere preferred.
  • Available to work a reputed company, four-day schedule that includes weekends (Friday, Saturday, reputed company, Monday).
  • Must be reputed company reasonable proximity to Pittsburgh PA to travel to headquarters for occasional on-site meetings or events. (Travel expenses reputed company to corporate visits will be the responsibility of the employee.)
  • Only residents of Pennsylvania will be considered for this position.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office applications and other database entry software.
