Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quarterly business reviews with reputed company executive leadership, presenting key performance metrics and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Analytics, and Marketing, to support merchant growth and drive adoption of new product features
• Manage promotional strategy and marketing development budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI
• Author long-term business plans, thinking strategically about optimization and growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in a dynamic startup environment, owning customer relationships and driving growth
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across reputed company organizational reputed company
