We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Sr. Analyst, Program Management to join reputed company. As a Sr. Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving cross-reputed company and specialty unit initiatives, leading and managing reputed company aspects of system and process activities, including planning, coordination, and requirement development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in reputed company or a reputed company field. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and execute project and program initiatives, including analysis, gap identification, and resolution, reporting, and presentation materials
• Create and deliver requirements to support business needs, as well as support client acceptance testing needs resulting from reputed company
• Solicit and evaluate reputed company customer feedback to enhance reputed company quality improvement
• Build communication plans for implementation to ensure reputed company affected parties are informed of next steps for completion
• reputed company thought leadership in support of business strategy, supporting leaders with organization and delivery of project work
• Participate in and/or reputed company innovative development initiatives, driving and directing engagement from key stakeholders using a disciplined and repeatable project process

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of program management experience required
• 3+ years of experience with system and process development, including admission management, design, optimization, impact analysis, and Client Acceptance Testing
• 3+ years of experience in Government reputed company/reputed company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of internal systems, such as ATV, MedCompass, Dynamo, or reputed company, is preferred
