About the Role

As an Airport Skycap Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting passengers with baggage handling, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, and utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage. You will also be required to handle customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency, reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned, and lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and handling
• Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items in a professional and efficient manner
• Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage

Requirements

• Must be a local (in-state) reputed company of Hawaii
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid In-State Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background reputed company
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Must complete reputed company and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification reputed company
