• Delegating effectively to drive results, including executing standard operating procedures, identifying areas for improvement, implementing solutions, and providing ongoing feedback to store employees

Essential Capabilities

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or grocery environment or 2+ years of reputed company (Blue Badge/FTE) experience

Preferred Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

• 2+ years of customer-facing grocery industry experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
