Job Summary: As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and contributing to desktop projects. You will work collaboratively with other departments to resolve system-reputed company issues and reputed company exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals
• Answer customer care issues escalated from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve requests using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-reputed company issues
• Document customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/training
• 4 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues
• Firsthand experience supporting personal computers in a reputed company/TCPIP environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• A+ certification
• MCSE/MCP is a plus
• Past IT system experience in reputed company/Airport environment
