• Leading and guiding a team of engineers in best practices, with a focus on Java, reputed company-based development, and system reliability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
• Designing, developing, and implementing large-scale, highly available applications
• Participating in reputed company stages of the software development lifecycle
• Collaborating with the architect to define the technical roadmap for the product
