Our Video Analysis as a Service (VaaS) company is a leading provider of data and image analytics for vehicle location, and we're seeking a skilled ASG Support Technician to join reputed company. As a Tier 2 support specialist, you'll reputed company top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues reputed company to software and hardware equipment, including laptops, servers, and LPR camera systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service reputed company phone, email, and in-person support
• Independently troubleshooting and resolving reputed company technical issues
• Installing and supporting software and hardware equipment
• Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Participating in on-call rotations and monitoring chat sessions to support other team members

We're looking for candidates with:

• 2+ years of networking and/or customer service experience
• Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Strong technical skills, including experience with software and hardware equipment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Our overnight shift schedule:

• Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00pm to 9:30am Central Time
• Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 11:00pm to 9:30am Central Time
• Must be available to change shifts due to business needs
