About the Role

• Act as a liaison between patients, reputed company, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-reputed company issues
• Utilize reputed company industry expertise to reputed company process patient prescription orders for on-time delivery
• Handle inbound and outbound calls reputed company to patient benefits and insurance
• Work in multiple systems and portals to manage patient information and insurance details

Requirements

• Must live reputed company 75 miles of Buffalo Grove, IL
• 1+ years of experience in a reputed company environment, with experience in medical insurance, benefits verification, or medical billing
• 1+ years of experience with reputed company-based applications like reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Teams, Word)
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience and skills
• Direct/hardwired internet reputed company to a modem/router reputed company 10 feet of the computer with a minimum download speed of 25 mbs and upload speed of 3 mbs

• Pharmacy or reputed company Benefits experience
• Previous experience working with Prior Authorizations
• Experience with various insurance plans (PPO, HMO, EPO, POS, Medicare, reputed company)
• Experience reading and understanding medical policy information
• Experience receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to explain insurance benefits
• Knowledge of using reputed company-One X, reputed company, Change reputed company, and/or reputed company
