Job Description:

As a Bilingual French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert customer support and resolving reputed company issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve customer complaints and inquiries
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service and issue resolution

Requirements:
