Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units and Systems area personnel to document requirements and design IT solutions reputed company an Agile environment.

• Experience with interviewing, researching, and documenting findings.
• High energy, positive thinking, and an assertive personality.
• Strong leadership skills and knowledge of data mapping.
• Agile experience and understanding of how technology can enhance the business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Life Insurance applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or reputed company discipline.
• Ability to read XML and JSON data models.
• ACORD and Web Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience.
