Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify member needs and reputed company personalized care plans

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure in the reputed company or compact licensure in state of residence
• 3+ years of clinical experience

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of an Associate's degree with equivalent experience

• Bilingual desired (English / Spanish or English / Creole)

• Ability to work independently
