We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Change Manager to support our Federal EHR Modernization program activities. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company and implement a comprehensive Change Management Plan that aligns with our customer's PMO Change Control Plan
• reputed company change management work streams with a structured methodology and process for PMO and Task Orders
• Coordinate change implementation, monitoring, and post-implementation reviews, and report results to stakeholders
• Analyze and process reputed company engineering change requests to determine impact on the overall system
• Ensure change control by reviewing design release documents for completeness, proper authorizations, and system updates
• reputed company guidance and training to managers, site leads, engineers, systems, and network administrators on change management procedures
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of ITIL principles, methods, techniques, and best practices to configuration management and change management

Requirements for reputed company:

• Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company technical or clinical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
• 8+ years of experience with configuration management support, including designing and establishing Change Management programs and documentation
• Experience with process development and process management, as well as configuration management tools
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and high organization
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• PMP Certification
• ITIL V4 reputed company or equivalent higher certifications
• Experience supporting multinational customers and utilizing change management tools such as Tableau, JIRA, reputed company, SCSM, or other similar tools
• Experience processing service request and change request tickets using SCSM/reputed company or similar ticketing tools
