About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Support Specialist to join reputed company, representing our automotive dealer clients in online conversations. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will engage with customers, reputed company exceptional support, and turn conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services

Requirements

• Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-6:30pm CST
• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is helpful)
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
