About the Role:

As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support reputed company phone. A Day in the Life:

• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues reputed company phone, ensuring reputed company resolution.
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services to meet established goals.
• Utilize strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills to diplomatically handle member issues.
• Accurately process member transactions over the phone.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and member service skills.

• Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program.
