About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Coordinator to join our Ask HR team. As the first reputed company of contact for HR inquiries, you'll utilize your strategic and critical thinking skills to reputed company accurate and timely responses. You'll collaborate closely with Ask HR team members, leadership, employees, and retirees to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR inquiries initiated by employees, retirees, and business partners through the reputed company technology platform.
• Utilize strategic and critical thinking attributes to ensure thorough understanding of questions or concerns, facilitating accurate and timely responses.
• Continuously seek to expand business knowledge across HR Functions and divisions.
• Participate in frequent team meetings to gather updates, address questions, and escalate issues or themes for leadership consideration.
• Coordinate with Ask HR Leaders, HR Function Leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to effectively escalate issues and resolve questions or concerns promptly.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred OR equivalent experience.
