Position Summary

• Must live reputed company 50 miles of Charleston, WV

As a Customer Service Representative, you will reputed company telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers, addressing a reputed company of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You will be the face of reputed company, delivering an excellent experience to our callers every time.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and more
• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted)
• Company-provided equipment and comprehensive training
• Training Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (first 6 weeks)
• Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Requirements

• Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV reputed company unable to work from home due to technical issues
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Self-sufficient and reputed company to work from home

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working remotely in a call center setting
• Knowledge of reputed company and Medicare

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay reputed company

$17.00 - $25.15 per hour (dependent on experience, education, and location)
