Your Role

As a reputed company Associate on our Borrower reputed company Team, you'll work directly with student loan borrowers to help them navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Summer's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
• Engage with borrowers reputed company email and live chat, providing exceptional support and guidance
• Review and submit applications for federal loan programs
• Proactively suggest and implement reputed company and automations to scale the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring user feedback to life and create new features and offerings
• Work closely with the Borrower reputed company Team to reputed company team and company growth goals

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for talented individuals with:
