Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and web inquiries, providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, and assisting with orders.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to reputed company product support for separation science-reputed company products and services.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.

Requirements:
